Our sizing is as follows for the headbands:

0-6 months -  13 inches around

6-12 months -  15 inches around

12- 18 months -  16 inches around

18- 24 months - 17 inches around

If your baby has an unusually small or large head, please measure the baby's head and order accordingly.
